    We clean houses and flats, offices and workspaces, hotels and hostels, and carry out deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans, garden and outdoor work, windows, ovens, appliances and carpets. All work is carried out by a fully insured team, with one-off cleans or regular weekly or fortnightly visits.

    Do you bring your own cleaning products?

    Yes. We bring professional cleaning products and equipment as standard. If you prefer us to use your own products, just let us know.

    How long does a clean take?

    It depends on the size and condition of the property. A regular clean for a 2-bedroom flat is usually 2–3 hours. Deep or end-of-tenancy cleans take longer. We’ll give you a clear time estimate with your quote.

    Are you fully insured?

    Yes. All work is carried out by a fully insured team.

    Do you cover areas outside Birmingham?

    We regularly cover Birmingham and surrounding areas. For other parts of the UK we can arrange travel (travel cost applies).

    Can I book a one-off clean?

    Yes. We do both one-off cleans and regular weekly or fortnightly visits.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept bank transfer, card and cash. Payment is usually due after the clean is completed and you are satisfied. The only payment taken in advance is the £20 deposit when you book a visit.

    What is the difference between a free quote and booking a visit?

    A free quote costs nothing and has no obligation: send us your details and we reply with a price. Booking a visit reserves an appointment for us to see the property and agree the price, and requires a £20 deposit.

    How does the £20 deposit work?

    The £20 deposit reserves your visit and is deducted from the final price if we agree and you proceed with the clean. If you cancel or do not proceed, the deposit is non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    When is my booking confirmed?

    Your appointment is confirmed only after your deposit payment has been received. If online payment is not available, call or WhatsApp us on 07462 151448 and we will arrange your visit directly.

    What does the eco-friendly option mean?

    You can ask us to use eco-friendly products only. This adds 12% to the price.

    Do you clean offices and other commercial premises?

    Yes. We clean offices, retail, gyms and leisure, schools and nurseries, medical and care premises and hospitality venues. Office cleaning is from £18/hour (minimum 2 hours per visit), and small offices are from £150/month for weekly service.

    What are your opening hours?

    Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Visits can be booked from 08:00 to 18:00.
