What we collect
- Quote, contact and visit requests: name, email, phone, postcode/area, address and property details, service selections and your message.
- Bookings and deposits: the details above plus booking date and time, and payment status. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Job applications: name, contact details, preferred areas, availability and experience.
- Reviews: name, area, rating, service and review text (published if approved) and email (never published; used only to verify the review).
- Technical data: IP address, used temporarily to prevent spam and abuse (rate limiting) and kept in server logs for [LOG RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 30 days].
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To reply to enquiries and give quotes — steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).
- To arrange visits, take the £20 deposit and provide the cleaning service — performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep financial records — legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To consider job applications, publish reviews and protect the website from spam — legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) and, for publishing reviews, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and business:
